What is hemp flower?

Niota CBD pre-rolls are packed with organic, high-quality hemp to create an experience for each user that invites them into a world of nature. But what is hemp flower and how is it different from cannabis?
Both cannabis and hemp contain about 100 compounds called cannabinoids, including two well-known ones, cannabidiol (CBD) and cannabigerol (CBG). The concentrations of these compounds are primarily found in the flower of the plant.
The biggest difference between hemp flower and cannabis flower is the Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) content. THC is the compound that gives users a “high” feeling. All cannabis sativa plants with flowers that contain less than 0.3% THC are legally considered to be hemp.
Therefore, hemp typically does not have psychedelic effects that results in a “high” feeling. While lacking in THC, hemp flower is rich in CBD and CBG, both of which have various benefits. Hemp may help with chronic pain relief, sleep issues, inflammation and nicotine cessation, to name a few.
Remember, our Niota CBD prerolls provide each user with a breath of serenity and a taste of nature to help you on your stress-free journey. It all starts with Niota.
